Yes, we ship worldwide! 

Just add the item(s) you'd like to purchase in your cart, and continue to checkout. You will be asked to input details about your location to estimate the shipping fees.

As part of your checkout process you will enter your shipping location on the Shopping Cart page to estimate your delivery cost. After which, click 'Proceed To Checkout' button and you can enter your discount code and click 'Apply'.

If for any reason your voucher code is not being applied please do get in touch by getting in touch via the contact form and we'll take a look for you.

We also accept all major debit and credit cards on our store.

Most of our product line is 100% cotton except where advised.

• You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
• You can also exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
• If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
• We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion. All goods will be inspected on return.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
• We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any packaging
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

You should have received a copy of the returns form inside your parcel. If this isn't the case simply download, print and fill in the appropriate sections and place inside packet with your return:

We endeavour to make your personalised order and dispatch it within 4 working days, however it can take up to 5 working days. You will receive an email once it has been shipped.

If you require your order urgently please choose the appropriate delivery option when selecting your delivery option.

Alternatively, please call us on 0116 262 0786 and we will do what we can to help.

UK & European orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, however it can take up to 4 working days and you will be issued with a tracking code for your order.

All worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail International, DHL or Hermes on a tracked service and can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

In both of the above, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours of placing your order to show when the item was shipped along with the tracking number.

We use UK MAIL, DPD and Royal Mail as our main shipping agents.

Check your order and the order reference will have the associated shipping company reference assigned.

The replica fight collection kits are all pre-order items have a planned delivery starting Monday 14th May as there is a pre-fight embargo on these items.

You will get a shipping notification, when the orders are dispatched, which you will be able to track.
